Getting Started:
- You will be using a web based app called MakeCode
- Fortunately this app has a series of tutorials that will help you learn the essential skills you need to use the platform. It is suggested that you try several tutorials before you move onto designing a game of your own.
- You can also watch live coding videos where designers show you the steps that they used to make their games.
- You can choose either block based code or javascript programming language. It is recommended that you become an expert in block based coding before moving on to the more complicated javascript.
- You can look at some pre-made games to see how they are coded and you can remix their code to make your own version of these games.
