- Consider keeping a mindfulness journal. Record how you are feeling using emotions language. Try a mindfulness exercise and note if you are feeling differently afterward.
- How many days in a row can you do a mindfulness exercise. Keep track of your streaks and celebrate and share milestones such as one week, 15 days or one month.
- Create a mood meter (see image below). Make a chart that tracks your mood each day and at different times of the day.
